the Cameras controller board has been replaced:
the camera controller board has been replaced
at least one Camera has been replaced
the calibration data is missing
the Camera cables have been swapped
Call technical support for the following corrective actions:
check the connections
calibration procedure (C122) is required to
calibrate the actual position of the Cameras with
respect to the balancer reference plane.

A Camera not present or not responding during
self test
The balancer controller board was not able to
communicate with the camera controller board during
power on self test.
Possible causes:
the Cameras controller board is missing or
damaged
the flat cable connecting the keyboard, the
balancer controller board and the Cameras
controller board is unplugged, damaged or
missing.
Call technical support for the following corrective actions:
check the Cameras controller board
check the connections
re-install the Cameras controller board software.

The machine is not calibrated.
