1 Observe the status of the 2 LEDs:
2 If both LEDs are not illuminated, check the site power to the TRANSFORMER T1.
3 Is the FAULT-ALARM LED illuminated?
4 Check and reset the CIRCUIT BREAKER on the TRANSFORMER T1.
5 Remove and then install the POWER CORD on the TRANSFORMER T1.
Note
This should reset the TRANSFORMER T1.
6 Are the LEDs illuminated correctly?
LED Condition Normal
UTILITY-STATUS Normal operation of the
TRANSFORMER T1
Illuminated
FAULT-ALARM Malfunction of the TRANSFORMER T1 Not illuminated
Yes No
Continue with Step 4. Advance to Step 6.
Yes No
Continue with the next procedure. Install a new TRANSFORMER T1.
