Replacement of the Heat Exchangers
Dangerous voltage.
[1] Disconnect the main power.
[2] Disconnect the water supply.
[3] Drain the 3 TANKS.
[4] Remove the:
• 2 SCREWS from the RACK SUPPORT
• RACK SUPPORT
• TANK SEALS
• TANK CLIPS
[5] Disconnect all tubing from the TANK.
[6] Remove the 2 FITTINGS and the WATER
INLET TUBE if necessary. See the illustration
on page 2-35.
[7] Lift the non-drive side of the TANK and then
remove the TANK from the processor.
