Tips
- The optional Finisher is required to use the Staple function.
- To use the punch function, install the Punch Kit PK-521 or Z Folding Unit in the optional Finisher
FS-535, or install Punch Kit PK-520 in the Finisher FS-534.
- The optional Finisher and Saddle Stitcher are required to use the Fold/Bind function.
- The optional Finisher and Saddle Stitcher are required to use the Tri-Fold function.
- To use the Z-fold function, the optional Finisher FS-535 and Z Folding Unit are required.
[Application] ([Annotation]) ([Print])
To display: [Box] - [System] - [Annotation] - Select a User Box - [Open] - Select the file - [Print] - [Application]
Set the advanced print options.
[Fold/Bind] Select how to fold or bind paper.
• [Half-Fold]: Feeds out a printed sheet by folding it in two.
• [Center Staple & Fold]: Staples and feeds out a printed sheet by folding
it in two.
• [Tri-Fold]: Feeds out a printed sheet by folding it in three. Also select
the unit by which the paper is folded from [By Copy Job (Multiple)], [1
Unit], and [By Page]. When you set [By Page], specify the number of
pages to be folded at one time.
• [Z-Fold]: Z-folds the long side of a printed sheet before feeding it out.
This option is available when printing paper of 11 e 17 w , 8-1/2 e 14 w,
A3 w, B4 w, or 8K w. Selecting 8-1/2 e 14 w folds paper in two instead
of Z-folding.

[Layout] Set a page margin on each print paper and offset the print position.
[Tailoring] Adds front and rear covers, and inserts papers.
[Stamp/Composition] You can add a page number and a stamp during printing.
[Copy Security] Embeds copy protection information on each sheet of print paper.
