• If you want to add a fax number(s), press the [Add] key and then
go directly to step 9.
• If you want to change a fax number, press the corresponding
dial key and then proceed directly to step 11.
Deleting fax numbers
7 Press the [Delete] key.
8 Press the [Yes] key. The message display will return to the same
screen as was displayed in step 6 and you can continue to delete,
add or change other fax numbers. To do so, repeat steps 6 through
13.
If you are finished with this procedure, press the [Close] key and go
to step 14.
Adding fax numbers
9 Enter the additional fax number(s).
10Press the [Finish dest. Set] ([Dest. set]) key. The message display
will return to the same screen as was displayed in step 6 and you
can continue to delete, add or change other fax numbers. To do so,
repeat steps 6 through 13.
If you are finished with this procedure, press the [Close] key and go
to step 14.
Changing fax numbers
11Press the [Change] key.
12Enter the new destination fax number.
You can enter the fax number(s) using the numeric keys,
abbreviated numbers, one-touch keys and the address book. Chain
dial keys can be used as well.
13Press the [Finish dest. Set] ([Dest. set]) key. The message display
will return to the same screen as was displayed in step 6. You can
change, delete or add other fax destination numbers. To do so,
repeat steps 6 through 13. If you are finished with this procedure,
press the [Close] key and go to step 14.
14Press the [Confirm] key. The touch panel will return to the initial
mode settings. If the Delayed Communication Report print out
setting is turned ON, a Delayed Communication Report will be
printed out. (Refer to page 6-9.)

each fax number.
