2.4 Modules
As shown below, the patient monitor supports the following modules:
îš„ MPM:
Multi-parameter module. It can simultaneously monitor ECG,
respiration, SpO
2
, temperature, NIBP and IBP.
îš„ IBP module:
Invasive blood pressure module.
îš„ C.O. module:
Cardiac output module.
îš„ CO

module:
Carbon dioxide module.
îš„ AG module:
Anaesthesia gas module. The functions of the O

and BIS modules can
be incorporated into it.
îš„ ICG module:
Impedance cardiography module.
îš„ BIS module:
Bispectral index module.
îš„ RM module:
Respiration mechanics module.
2.4.1 Plug-In Modules
You can plug and unplug modules during patient monitoring. To plug a module, insert the
module until the lever on the module clicks into the place and then push the lock key at the
bottom in position to lock the module. To remove a module, release the lock key, press the
lever upwards and pull the module out.
