To lift the robot safely without damaging it, ensure that the following criteria are met:
• Use four M12 eye-bolts with counternuts and washers in each corner of the robot.
• Make sure the thread engagement is greater than 12mm.
• Tighten the counternuts to at least 25Nm.
• All slings must be of equal length and have a lift rating of at least 1000 kg.
• The angle between the top cover and sling must be greater than 60°—see Figure 14.1.
• The bolts must be parallel with the diagonal between opposite corners.
