9.3 Examples of Communication with CC-Link IE TSN Class A Remote Stations
Checking the network status
After starting up the system, check whether data link can be normally performed. For the check, use the CC-Link IE TSN/CC-
Link IE Field diagnostics of the engineering tool.
1. Connect the engineering tool to the FX5 CPU module on the master station.
2. Start the CC-Link IE TSN/CC-Link IE Field diagnostics.

If the following display appears, a data link is normal.
If an error icon appears in "Network Status" area, use the CC-Link IE TSN/CC-Link IE Field diagnostics to identify the cause of
