7 PARAMETER SETTINGS
This chapter describes the parameter settings required for communications between the FX5-CCLGN-MS and other stations.
7.1 Setting Parameters
1. Add the FX5-CCLGN-MS in the engineering tool.
[Navigation window] [Parameter] [Module Information] Right-click [Add New Module]
2. The required settings, basic settings, and application settings are included in the parameter settings. Select one of the
settings from the tree on the following window.

3. After setting parameters, click the [Apply] button.
4. Write parameters to the FX5 CPU module using the engineering tool.
[Online] [Write to PLC]
5. The parameters are reflected by resetting the FX5 CPU module or powering off and on the system.
7.2 Required Settings
Set such items as the station type and network number of the FX5-CCLGN-MS.
Station Type
Set the station type of the FX5-CCLGN-MS.
