6.4 Data Transfer Instructions
Identical 32-bit data block transfer

Processing details
This instruction transfers 32-bit data of the device specified by (S) to the n-point devices starting from the device specified
by (D).
If (S) specifies data of a device with digit specification, the amount of data to be transferred will be the amount of the data
specified digit. If K5Y0 is specified by (S), the lower 20 bits (five digits) of the word device specified by (S) will be the object.
QnU(D)(H)CPU, QnUDE(H)CPU: the serial number (first five digits) is "10102" or later
Q00UJCPU, Q00UCPU, Q01UCPU, QnUDVCPU: Supported
(S): Data to be transferred or head number of the devices where the data to be transferred are stored (BIN 32 bits)
(D): Head number of the devices of transfer destination (BIN 32 bits)
n: Number of data to be transferred (BIN 16 bits)
