16-bit data exclusive NOR operations, 32-bit data exclusive NOR
operations
WXNR(P), DXNR(P) [When two data are set]
■WXNR
• Conducts an exclusive NOR operation on the 16-bit data of the device designated by (D) and the 16-bit data of the device
designated by (S), and stores the results at the device designated by (D).
• For bit devices, the bit devices after the points designated by digit specification are regarded as "0" in the operation.
■DXNR
• Conducts an exclusive NOR operation on the 32-bit data of the device designated by (D) and the 32-bit data of the device
designated by (S), and stores the results at the device designated by (D).
• For bit devices, the bit devices after the points designated by digit specification are regarded as "0" in the operation.
(S): Data for an exclusive NOR operation or head number of the devices where the data is stored (BIN 16/32 bits)
(D): Head number of the devices where the exclusive NOR operation result will be stored (BIN 16/32 bits)
