WXOR(P), DXOR(P) [When three data are set]
Processing details
■WXOR
• Conducts an exclusive OR operation on each bit of the 16-bit data of the device designated by (S1) and the 16-bit data of
the device designated by (S2), and stores the results at the device designated by (D).
• For bit devices, the bit devices after the points designated by digit specification are regarded as "0" in the operation.
■DXOR
• Conducts an exclusive OR operation on each bit of the 32-bit data of the device designated by (S1) and the 32-bit data of
the device designated by (S2), and stores the results at the device designated by (D).
• For bit devices, the bit devices after the points designated by digit specification are regarded as "0" in the operation.
(S1), (S2): Data for an exclusive OR operation or head number of the devices where the data is stored (BIN 16/32 bits)
(D): Head number of the devices where the exclusive OR operation result will be stored (BIN 16/32 bits)
