• In any of the following cases, an operation error occurs, the error flag (SM0) turns ON, and an error code is stored into SD0.
• The sample program shifts the 9 bits of data starting from M20 3 bits to the right and transfers 3 bits of data from M10 to the
3 bits from M26.
