Warning output flag operation: (S3)+24
When the specified rate of input/output changes is exceeded, each bit of (S3)+24 turns on as an alarm flag immediately after
the execution of the PID operation instruction.
• Rate of input change (bit 1 of (S3)+1 is ON)
• Rate of output change (bit 2 of (S3)+1 is ON)
