• In any of the following cases, an operation error occurs, the error flag (SM0) turns ON, and an error code is stored into SD0.
• The following program reads the lower 8 bits of ZR16000 and the upper 8 bits of ZR16003, and stores them at D100 and
D101 when X0 is ON.
