Operation error
In any of the following cases, an operation error occurs, the error flag (SM0) turns ON, and an error code is stored into SD0.
Program example
The following program writes the data at the lower bits of D100 and D101 to the lower 8 bits of ZR16000 and the upper 8
bits of ZR16003 when X0 is turned ON.
If n=12340 is specified, the data will be written to the lower 8 bits of ZR6170.
If n=43257 is specified, the data will be written to the upper 8 bits of ZR21628.
