7.1.4 Filling out the maintenance certificate
The regular maintenance of the unit must be performed and logged in
accordance with the maintenance instructions.
Signing in the table below after completing the maintenance provides
confirmation of the following:
• The maintenance has been carried out in accordance with the
"FlexiChef maintenance instructions" checklist.
• All activities performed are fully logged in the "FlexiChef
maintenance instructions" checklist.
• The completed "FlexiChef maintenance instructions" checklist can
be accessed at the unit location.
