Abbreviations and symbols
The following abbreviations and symbols are used in this manual:
All measurements are in millimetres unless otherwise stated.
To improve the clarity of the illustrations, the enclosures of the
frequency inverter and other safety components may not be shown
in some figures. In practice, the frequency inverter must always be
operated with the enclosure and all necessary components that
affect equipment safety correctly fitted.
Read the manual thoroughly before you install and operate the
frequency inverter. We assume that you have a good knowledge
of engineering fundamentals and that you are familiar with
electrical systems and the applicable principles and are able to
read, interpret and apply the information contained in technical
drawings.
