This section provides a description of support for ATM QoS policy features. Each
traffic descriptor defines the expected rates and characteristics of traffic.

• UBR/UBR+MIR – Unspecified Bit Rate with Minimum Cell Rate (UBR is a
special case of UBR+MIR where MIR=0)
