DS1 24V Enable for external devices
S Green: Enabled
S Amber: enabled with overload condition
S Red: Disabled with no load connected
S Off: Disabled
DS2 CPU Reset
S Off: Normal operation
S Red: CPU reset in progress
DS3 3.3V Supply Status
S Green: Normal operation
S Amber or Red: Fault in 3.3V regulator
S Off: Missing 24VDC
DS4 Sensor quadrature status. Indicates the
quadrature relationship between the two flow
meter sensors.
Cycles between off, green, amber, and red
DS5 Flowmeter Sensor B Status
S Green: Flow detected
S Amber: Sensor connected, but no flow
detected
S Red: Sensor failure or not connected
DS6 Flowmeter Sensor A Status
S Green: Flow detected
S Amber: Sensor connected, but no flow
detected
S Red: Sensor failure or not connected
DS7 General Status LED Indicates the overall status of the Flow PCA
DS8 24VDC Input
S Green: 24VDC present
S Red: 24VDC connected backwards
DS9 Trigger 2 State
S Green: Trigger #2 is being driven
S Off: Trigger #2 is not being driven
DS10 Trigger 1 State
S Green: Trigger #1 is being driven
S Off: Trigger #1 is not being driven
DS11 Encoder quadrature status. Indicates the
quadrature relationship between the two
encoder inputs or the state of a single phase
encoder input.
For quadrature encoders will cycle between off,
green, amber, and red. For single phase
encoders will toggle between off and green.
DS12 Ejector State
S Amber: Ejector active
S Off: Ejector inactive
