Usable Functions Select the functions that the registered user will be able to use.
Project Name Register the projects (maximum of 5) in which the registered user is
participating.

LPR Data for User
Identication
The setting is required for the print mode authentication without
printer driver connections.
No LPR for Identication: Select when:
- Print mode authentication is not required; or
- An authentication code is specified with the printer driver.
User Name: Select when print mode is authenticated with a
computer login user name.
Host Name: Select when print mode is authenticated with a
computer host name.

Name
When LPR Data for User Identification is set to User Name or Host
Name, enter the user name or host name used by the user.
