User authentication
TIP

When a user is involved in multiple projects, to perform accounting for
each project, you are recommended to register the project names.
Note

When registering users from the operation panel, only alphanumeric
characters can be entered. To enter the other characters, register users from
a Web browser or dedicated software.

A user name and PIN code or login name must be entered.

A maximum of 800 users can be registered.

We recommend you back up user registration information. Use the user
administration tool to back up user registration information. For details, see
the Help section of the user administration tool.

The same login name cannot be used for supervisors, user administrators
and users.

A LPR identication name must be set when using LPR Data for User
Identication. Specify a unique string of characters for the LPR identication
name for each user.
