3-1 Servo Drive Specifications
Select the Servo Drive matching the Servomotor to be used. Refer to "Servo Drive and
Servomotor Combination List"(P.2-10).
General Specifications
Note 1.The above items reflect individual evaluation testing. The results may differ under compound conditions.
Note 2.Disconnect all connections to the Servo Drive before attempting a megameter test (insulation resistance
measurement) on a Servo Drive. Failure to follow this guideline may result in damaging the Servo Drive. Never
perform a dielectric strength test on the Servo Drive. Failure to follow this guideline may result in damaging the
internal elements.
Note 3.Depending on the operating conditions, some Servo Drive parts will require maintenance. For details, refer to
"11-5 Periodic Maintenance" (P.11-36).
