OPTI CCA-TS with B-Lac Cassette vs other pH Instruments on whole blood
(in-housetesting)
Whole blood samples from multiple donors were tonometered with different %CO
2
gas mixtures to
generate a wide range of pH values. The blood samples were analyzed in parallel on the B-Lac cassette
and other laboratory instruments.
