Do you have the Technical Contact information for Auto
Service Request? This information should include the first
name, last name, and e-mail address of the contact.
Logistics Checklist
Complete the following checklist to ensure that the logistics requirements are met for the data
center in which the server will be installed.

Does the building have a delivery dock?
