Envelope Ads/Postal Inscriptions
If you ordered new envelope advertisements or postal inscriptions, you will be notified that you can
perform a download to obtain these. To initiate a download for new ads or postal inscriptions, follow the
Procedure for Downloading New Postal Rates, Updates, Inscriptions,and Ads.
Postal Code Update
If the Postal Code on record at the Pitney Bowes Data Centre does not match the Postal Code of your
system, the code will be downloaded into your system. (When a system is moved to a new Postal Code,
the Data Centre enters the new code into the record. The system is updated when a connection is made
to the Data Centre.) To initiate a download for Postal Codes, follow the Procedure for Downloading New
Postal Rates, Updates, Inscriptions,and Ads.
