Troubleshooting Communications Problems
This topic covers problems associated with connecting to the PB Data Centre. In order to troubleshoot
connection problems you need to know how you are connecting to the PB Data Centre. Refer to How
You Connect to the PB Data Centre.
l If you are connecting to the PB Data Centre through your PC with PC Meter Connect you need to
verify that you are able to connect to the internet.

To make sure you do not have problems with your internet connection refer to Internet
