l Buffer-Transportsthecollationfromtheinputtothechassis.Thisareacanrotateacollationfrom
portraittolandscape(P2L)and/orchangematerialfromfaceuptofacedown(TNT).
l Chassis-Transportsthecollationundereachfeederasitmovesittowardstheengine.The
chassissupportssubsetting.Sideguidesareautomatedbasedonmodeconfiguration.
l InsertFeeders-Thisiswheretheinsertsareaddedtothecollationbasedonthemode
configuration.Bothfrictionandrotarystylefeederscanbeintermixed.
l EnvelopeFeeder-Envelopesarestagedinthismoduleandfedintotheengineasneeded.
l Engine-Thisiswheretheenvelopeflapisopenedandthecollationisinsertedintotheenvelope.
Afterinsertion,theenvelope(withcollationinside)istransportedtothesealer.Thereareboth
manualandautomatedadjustmentsintheengine.
l Sealer-Thisiswheretheenvelopeflapismoistenedandclosedtosealtheenvelope.Thesealer
modulehasabuilt-inVerticalStacker(VS1).
l Turnover-Thisisusedwhentheapplicationrequirespostagetobeprintedontheenvelope.The
turnoverturnstheenvelopefromfacedowntofaceup,allowingyoutoprintonthefrontofthe
envelope.
l VerticalStackers-Thesestackersdivertandstackgoodandbadmailpieces,basedon
applicationorsystemerror.Astackerforflatscanbeinstalledunderaverticalstacker,andis
operatorremovable.
l OnEdgeStacker-Thisiswherethefinishedmailpiecesarestackedvertically,untiltheyare
removedandplacedinmailtrays.
