3. Opentheenvelopeandfoldtheflapinside,sothethroatoftheenvelopeisshowing.
4. Alignthetopoftheenvelope(flapcreaseline)withthedecklinesshownhere.(This is where the
envelope is staged. All adjustments should be made from this position.)
