Change the disk ID to ensure a unique disk ID for the new clone. Run detail on the disk to ensure the ID has been
changed successfully.
BEST PRACTICE:
If this is not done, duplicate disk IDs will exist in the partition and can cause issues with Windows.
The volume can now be accessed for data recovery.

full backup. Pivot3 Acuity Software Platform supports 3

party backup applications interfacing with ESX and the VSS
provider, and can interact with applications such as:
