4.7.1 PoE Media Converter Introduction
PLANET’s Industrial IXT-900 PoE Series, encompassing the IXT-900-1X1UP and IXT-900-2X1UP models, stands out with its
advanced Power over Ethernet Plus Plus (PoE++) capabilities. These converters are not only tailored for high-speed 10Gbps
network connectivity and efficient media conversion but are also equipped with state-of-the-art IEEE 802.3bt Type 4 power
delivery on their copper ports. This feature is particularly noteworthy as it allows for the direct powering of high-power devices
