Headlamp Replacement
1. Disconnect wire harness from headlamp assembly.
Be sure to pull on the connector, not on the wiring.
2. Remove the three T-25 headlamp mounting screws

and three adjustment preload springs

NOTE: The front bumper can be removed and
placed face down on a suitable workbench to
ease headlamp replacement (see Chapter 10 –
Front Bumper XP, page 10.19).
3. Carefully lift and remove headlamp assembly from
the bumper.
