7.5.1 Creating or Editing a Meter
Functionality:
Moves cursor up and down for selecting a meter and for selecting options
in the drop down boxes
Moves to next field
Moves to previous field
Enters drop down box
Saves changes and exits
Backs up to Meter Editor (Section 7.5)
Description:
This screen allows the user to either 1) make changes to an existing meter in the database, or 2)
create a new meter in the database.
