Running the Installation Wizard
Initiating the Installation Wizard should only be done upon request from the Neopost
Customer Service Centre or by an authorized Neopost Service Technician. Make sure that
your Mailing System is connected to a Telephone Line or to a LAN before initiating the
Installation Wizard.
How to Run the Installation Wizard
To run the Installation Wizard:
1. Log in as the Supervisor (see How to Log in as the Supervisor on page 114 ), then
Press and type 7.4
Or
Select the path: Maintenance Processes
A confirmation message appears.
2. Press [OK] .
3. Select Installation Process (or type 1 )
4. Enter or select the required Installation Preferences on each screen and press [OK]
.
5. Press [OK] to complete the installation process and return to the Supervisor Main
Menu.
