Usage: Query only
SYSTem:ERRor:ALL?
Queries all unread entries in the SCPI communication error queue and removes them
from the queue.
Returns a comma-separated list of error numbers and a short error description in the
first-in first-out order.
Example:
SYST:ERR:ALL?

0,"No error"
Response

SYSTem:ERRor:CODE:ALL?
Queries all unread entries in the SCPI communication error queue and removes them
from the queue.
Returns a comma-separated list of error numbers, but no error description.
Example:
SYST:ERR:CODE:ALL?

Response: No errors have occurred since the error queue was
last read out.
Usage: Query only
SYSTem:ERRor:CODE[:NEXT]?
Queries the SCPI communication error queue for the oldest entry and removes it from
the queue.
Returns the error number, but no error description.
Example:
SYST:ERR:CODE?

Response: No errors have occurred since the error queue was

SYSTem:ERRor:COUNt?
Queries the number of entries in the SCPI communication error queue.
