Youcanusethe‘rollingroad’formatoftheCourseDeviation
Indicator(CDI)applicationtomonitoryourcourse.
Thesteeringinstructionsbelowtherollingroadtellyouwhat
correctionisneededtomaintainyourcourseandarriveatthetarget
waypoint.
Thefollowingtableexplainstheseinstructions.

XTEerrorlimitintheSetupmenu.
STEERPORTXTEerrortostarboardismorethana1/4ofthe

Indicationarrowsareplacedeithersideofthesteeringinstruction,
pointingtowardsthecentreline.Thegreatertheerrorthemore
arrowsappear.Youshouldcorrectyourcoursebysteeringinthe
directionindicatedbythearrows.

1.IntheCDIapplication,presstheGOTOsoftkey.
2.PresstheFOLLOWROUTEOPTIONSsoftkey.
TheRouteListisdisplayed.
3.Usingthetrackpad,selecttheroutethatyouwanttofollow.
4.PresstheOKbutton.

1.IntheCDIapplication,presstheGOTOsoftkey.
2.PresstheGOTOWAYPOINTOPTIONSsoftkey.
TheWaypointListisdisplayed.
3.Usingthetrackpad,selectthewaypointthatyouwanttogoto.
4.PresstheGOTOWAYPOINTsoftkey.

towardsthewaypoint.

youcanpresstheRESTARTXTEbuttonatanytimetorestart

2.Usingthetrackpad,selectthePanelSetupMenumenuitem.
3.Usingthetrackpad,selecttheCongure:CDImenuitem.
Aredoutlineappearsaroundthemainscreenelementinthe
CDIdisplay.
4.Usingthetrackpad,highlightthedataelementthatyouwant
tochange.
5.PresstheSELECTDATAsoftkey.
6.Usingthetrackpad,selecttheappropriatedatagroup.
7.Usingthetrackpad,highlightthedataitemthatyouwant,then
pressthetrackpadrighttoselecttheappropriateoption.
8.PresstheOKbutton.
TheCDIdisplaywillbeupdatedtoshowthedatathatyouspecied.
