1.DisplaytheWaypointGrouplist:
i.PresstheWPTSMOBbutton.
ii.PresstheREVIEWANDEDITWAYPOINTSsoftkey.
iii.PresstheWAYPOINTGROUPSsoftkey.
2.Usingthetrackpad,selectthewaypointgroupthatyouwantto
erase.
3.PresstheERASEGROUPsoftkey.
4.PresstheYESsoftkeytoconrm.

Inthechartapplication:
1.PressthePRESENTATIONsoftkey.
2.PresstheSHOW/HIDEWAYPOINTSsoftkey.
3.UsingtheSHOWBYsoftkey,selecttheSHOWBYGROUP
option.
4.Alistofavailablewaypointgroupsisdisplayed.Usingtherotary
control,selectthewaypointgroupthatyouwanttoshoworhide.
5.UsingtheONCHARTsoftkey,selecttheSHOWorHIDEoption,
asappropriate.
6.RepeatSteps4to5foreachwaypointgroupyouwanttoshow
orhide.

Youcanpreventaccessto,modication,andvisibilityofyour
waypointsandroutesbyapplyingapassword.
PasswordConrmation
WhenPasswordProtectionisenabledandyouareattemptingto
accessapasswordprotectedfunctionforthersttimeduringa
power-cycle,thesystemwillrequestconrmationofyourpassword
beforeyoucan:
•AccessWPTSkeyfunctions.Thisdoesnotaffecttheoperationof
theMOBfunction.
•AccessROUTEsoftkeyfunctions.
•Createaroutefromatrack.Allothertrackfunctionsare
unaffected.
•Archiveortransferanywaypoints.
•EntertheWaypointPasswordSetupmenu.
Note:Onceyouhaveprovidedapasswordtothesystem,itmust
beenteredtoaccessthePasswordSetupsub-menu,regardless
ofthewhetherPasswordProtectionissettoONorOFF.
Note:Raymarinestronglyrecommendsthatyoubackupyour
waypointdataBEFOREpasswordprotectingyourwaypoints.
Thisissothat,intheeventthatyouforgetyourpassword,you
caneasilyrestoreyourwaypoints.
