Whilefollowingarouteinthechartapplication:
1.PresstheRESTARTXTEsoftkey.
Editingaroute
Onceyouhavecreatedaroute,itcanbeeditedinavarietyofways.
Youcan:
•Reversearoute.
•Amendthecourseofaroute(althoughyoucannoteditatarget
waypointthatyouarecurrentlynavigatingto).
•Changethenameorcolorofaroute.
•Erasearoute.
Note:Anactiveroutecanbeedited,withtheexceptionofthe
targetwaypoint.Ifawaypointbeingeditedbecomesthetarget,
thenthesystemshallcanceltheedit;thewaypointshallremainin
itsoriginalposition.
Changingthenameorcolorofaroute
Inthechartapplication:
1.PresstheNAVIGATIONOPTIONSsoftkey.
2.PresstheROUTESsoftkey.
3.PresstheREVIEWANDEDITROUTESsoftkey.
4.Usingthetrackpad,highlighttherequiredroutefromthelist.
5.PresstheEDITNAMEANDCOLORsoftkey.
6.Usingthetrackpad,selecttheNameorColoreld.
7.PresstheEDITNAMEorEDITCOLORsoftkey,asappropriate.
8.Usingthetrackpad,selectthenewnameofcolorfortheroute.
9.PresstheOKbuttontosavethechanges.
Note:Iftherouteyouareeditinghasbeensavedbypressing
theFOLLOW(QUICK)ROUTEsoftkey,therouteisnamed
“QuickRoute”bydefault.Changingitsnamepreventsitbeing
overwrittenthenexttimetheFOLLOW(QUICK)ROUTEsoftkey
isused.
Adjustingthethicknessofroutelines
Inthechartapplication:
1.PresstheMENUbutton.
2.Usingthetrackpad,selecttheChartSetupoption.
3.Usingthetrackpad,selecttheRouteWidthmenuitem.
4.Usingthetrackpad,selecttheappropriateroutelinethickness.
5.PresstheOKbutton.
Showingorhidingaroute
Inthechartapplication:
1.Usingthetrackpad,positionthecursorovertheappropriate
route.
2.PresstheHIDEROUTEsoftkey.
Movingawaypointwithinaroute
Inthechartapplication:
1.Usingthetrackpad,movethecursoroverthewaypointyouwant
tomove.
2.PresstheMOVEWAYPOINTsoftkey.
3.Usingthetrackpad,movethecursorsothatitstretchestheleg
oftheroutetothedesiredpositiononthechart.
