Youcancustomizethedataapplicationtoshowthesystemand
instrumentdatathatyourequire.
Inadditiontodisplayingthedefault,pre-congureddatapanelsin
thedataapplication,youcanalsocustomizethedatapanelsto
yourspecicrequirements.
Youcancustomizeeachdatapanelbychanging:
•Thepanelname.
•Thesizeandnumberofdatapanels.
•Thedatacontainedineachdatapanel.Thisdatacanincludeany
transducerorinternallycalculatednavigationdatathatisavailable
onNMEAorSeaT alk.Additionaldataincludesacompassrose,a
distancelog,andfourresettabletripcounters.
•Howthedataisdisplayed.Youcancontrolwhetherthedata
isdisplayedinnumerals,digits,gauge,orgraphicalformat,as
appropriateforeachdataitem.
Selectingcustomizeddatainthedata
application
Inthedataapplication:
1.PresstheMENUbutton.
2.Usingthetrackpad,selectthedatapanelthatyouwantto
customize(forexample,’Navigation’panel).
3.Usingthetrackpad,movetheredrectangleuntilitsurrounds
thecellyouwanttocustomize.
4.PresstheSELECTDATAsoftkey.
5.Usingthetrackpad,selecttheDataGroupandDatayouwant
toseeinthecellyouselected.
6.Pressthetrackpadrighttoselecttherelevantdatatypeforthat
particulardata.
7.PresstheOKbutton.
Renamingdatapanelsinthedataapplication
1.PresstheMENUbutton.
2.Usingthetrackpad,selectthedatapanelthatyouwantto
rename(forexample,’Navigation’panel).
3.PresstheRENAMEPANELsoftkey.
4.PresstheRENAMEPANELsoftkey.
5.Usingthetrackpad,enterthenewnameforthedatapanel.
6.PresstheOKbutton.
Changingthesizeofdatapanelsinthedata
application

2.Usingthetrackpad,selectthedatapanelthatyouwanttoresize

3.PresstheMERGECELLSsoftkeyifyouwanttomergethe
contentsofthecellwithanadjacentcell,resultinginabiggercell.
4.PresstheSPLITCELLsoftkeyifyouwanttosplitthesizeof
thecellinhalf,andthecontentsofanadjacentcelltooccupy
thesamepanel.
