Whenyouarriveatawaypoint,thePilotControldialogisdisplayed,
providingthefollowingoptions:

Engagestheautopilotandcontinues
tothenextwaypointintheroute.This
optionisnotavailableifyouhave
reachedthelastwaypointintheroute.
CLEARALARMSilencesthewaypointarrivalalarm.
Engagestheautopilotinautomode,
continuingonthecurrentheading.
STANDBYCancelsthewaypointarrivalalarm
anddisengagestheautopilot.
AUTOCancelsthewaypointarrivalalarmand
engagestheautopilotinautomode.If
youjustarrivedatthelastwaypointin
theroute,theautopilotcontinueson
thecurrentlockedheading.
8.4Autopilotalarms
Theautopilotfunctionsprovidealarmstoalertyoutosituationsthat
requireaction.
Yourmultifunctiondisplayshowsautopilotalarms,regardlessof
whetherthereisactivenavigationonthesystem.Ifpilotintegration
isenabled,andanalarmisraisedbytheautopilot,themultifunction
displayprovidesanaudiblealarmsound(providingthatthealarm
hasnotalreadybeensilenced).ThePilotControlscreenis
displayed,indicatinganewalarm.Additionally,thepilottransducer
iconisdisplayedinred,andremainsreduntilthealarmiscleared.
Silencingautopilotalarms
1.PresstheCLEARALARMsoftkey.
Thealarmissilencedandtheautopilotremainsengagedinauto
mode,continuingonthecurrentheading.
Silencingautopilotalarmsanddisengaging
autopilot
1.PresstheSTANDBYsoftkey.
Thealarmissilenced,andtheautopilotisdisengagedandputin
standbymode.
