Youcansynchronizetheradarrangeinallradarwindowswiththe
chartscale.
Whensynchronizationisswitchedon:
•Theradarrangeinallradarwindowschangestomatchthechart
scale.
•‘Sync’isindicatedinthetopleft-handcornerofthechartwindow.
•Ifyouchangetheradarrange,inanyradarwindow,all
synchronizedchartviewschangescaletomatch.
•Ifyouchangethescaleofasynchronizedchartwindow,allradar
windowschangerangetomatch.

1.PressthePRESENTATIONsoftkey.
2.PresstheCHARTMODEANDORIENTATIONsoftkey.
3.PresstheCHARTSYNCsoftkeyuntiltheRDRoptionisselected.

1.Selectthetargetusingthecursor.
TheMARPA-relatedsoftkeysaredisplayed.
2.Alternatively,withRadarOverlayswitchedon,pressthe
TARGETTRACKINGsoftkey.
Bathymetricdata
Youcanviewdetailedbathymetriccontourdatainthechart
applicationforuseduringshing.
Beforeyoucandisplaybathymetricdatainthechartapplication,you
musthaveNavionicschartcardswiththerelevantlevelofdetail.
WhenyouchangetheCHARTTYPEtotheFISHoption,bathymetric
dataisshownonthechart(whereavailable,basedonyourchart
card).

Inthechartapplication:
1.PressthePRESENTATIONsoftkey.
2.PresstheCHARTLAYERSsoftkey.
3.PresstheCHARTTYPEsoftkeyrepeatedlyuntiltheFISHoption
isselected.
4.PresstheOKbutton.
AISobjects
YoucanviewAISobjectsinthechartdisplaytohelpyouavoid
collisions,andidentifyvessels.
IfyouhaveasuitableAISreceiverortransceiverconnectedtoyour
multifunctiondisplay,youcanusetheAISlayerto:
•DisplaytargetsforanyotherAIS-equippedvessels.
•Displayvoyageinformationbeingbroadcastedbythesetargets
—forexample,theirposition,course,speedandrateofturn.
