10.5 HOW TO ARRANGE FOR SERVICE
The RFL 9660 Digital Switch is designed for years of trouble-free service. If a malfunction occurs involving the
RFL 9660, use standard troubleshooting techniques to determine if the problem is in the RFL 9660, or in some
other connected equipment. If the problem lies within the RFL 9660, it must be returned for repair. Contact our
Customer Service Department using the telephone number listed at the bottom of this page. You will be given
an authorization number and shipping instructions.
