Figure 3-42 provides an example of a guideway and vehicle where the guideway is con-
structed of extruded aluminum with rollers that are mounted along the top of the guideway.
The vehicle sits on the rollers and between the side plates, which hold the vehicle and magnet
array in the correct relationship to the motors.
NOTE: Vehicles are not held in place if power is removed.
