on,youmustentertheusernameandpasswordforthelastregisteredGoogleAccounttoregain
accesstothedevice.Youwillnotbeabletoaccessthedevicewithoutthecorrectcredentials.This
GoogleAccountverificationpreventsunauthorizedusersfromaccessingorusingyourdeviceifit
hasbeenresettofactorysettingswithoutyourpermission(forexample,ifyourdeviceislostor
stolen).YoushouldremoveyourGoogleAccountbeforeshippingyourdevicetoSamsungorany
otherserviceproviderforserviceandbeforeresettingthedevicetofactorysettings.
