Speed
Sets the sweep speed
Range: 0.5 to 100.0 nm/s
Unit: 0.1 nm/s
Delay
Sets the wait time between each sweep
Range: 0.0 to 999.9 s
Unit: 0.1 s
In one-way operation, Delay does not include the time to return to the start
wavelength.
Cycles
Sets the number of times the sweep is repeated
Range: 0 to 999 times
Unit: 1
If the value is set to 0 (zero), the number of times is innite.
