t Text conversion assistant (Step 2)
In this step, the “Semicolon” separator is
selected (circled in orange) and confirmed by
pressing the “Next” button (circled in red).
t Text conversion assistant (Step 3)
In this step, the “More” option is selected
(circled in orange).
t Here you can select “More text import
options”. A decimal point “.” is set as the
decimal separator and a space as the
separator for thousands (circled in red).
y After confirming this window by pressing
“OK”, confirm step 3 of the text conversion
assistant by pressing “Skip”. The data from the
bpd file are now available as an Excel
spreadsheet. In addition to the date and time
the respective data for temperature at the
measurement cell, glucose reading and
lactate reading will be logged. If the controller
is active, the respective feed rate (1 = 100%) is
recorded. If the device is in the BioPAT
®
Multi
Trace mode, the port for which the values
apply is referred to in column 3 (the
numbering starts at 0 for test port 1).
