Operation
8.1 Basic Commands
8.1.1 Start
The “Start” command starts the measurements of the analyser. The command
can either be triggered directly by pressing the “Start” button or by a
corresponding entry in the schedule (see Chapter “8.3.8.1 Events”,
page 97). In this case, the command will only be executed when the
specified time is reached.
8.1.2 Standby
The command “Standby” stops the current action of the device. The com-
mand can either be triggered directly by pressing the “Standby” button or by
a corresponding entry in the schedule (see Chapter “8.3.8.1 Events”,
page 97). In this case, the command will only be executed when the speci-
fied time is reached.
8.1.3 Calibrate
The command “Calibrate” triggers a calibration. There are different options to
start a calibration:
By clicking on the “Calibrate” button
Autocalibration (based on a number of measurements performed in
between, see Chapter “8.3.7.1 Parameters”, page 90)
By a corresponding entry in the event list (see Chapter “8.3.8.1 Events”,
page 97). In this case the command will be proceeded when the
respective time is reached.
By a corresponding entry in the workflow (see Chapter “8.3.8.2 Workflow”,
page 98).
