PG5canbeusedtowriteavalidprogramincludingcongurationtotheCPU
 fromtheonboardash.Thisfunctioncanbefoundonthe"Online"menuwithin
 thePG5projectmanagerortheonlinecongurator:
● Manual restore without PG5
 Ifthe"run/halt"switchispressedformorethan3seconds(whilethePCDisin
 a"Run"state),theuserprogramwillbeloadedfromtheonboardash.
 Duringthe"CopyProgramfromFlash..."operation,theRun/HaltLEDonthe
 PCDashesalternatelyredandgreen,andtheRunandHaltLEDsalsoash
alternately.
3.12.3 Transferringanapplicationwithashcard
Withtheashcard,itispossibletotransferanapplicationfromaPCD2.M5_to
another controller of the same type:
● Onthesourcecontroller,copytheapplicationtotheashcardasdescribedin
the preceding sections
● Removethesupplytothesourcecontroller,andunplugtheashcard
● Sendofftheashcardwhereapplicable
● Inserttheashcardintothetargetcontroller(whichshouldbeswitchedoff)
● Switchoncontroller.
● Press"Run/Halt"switchformorethan3seconds;theLEDswillashwhilethe
 programisbeingcopiedfromtheashcard(controlswitchesto"Halt"state)
● Restartthecontrolwiththe"Run/Halt"switch
Ifthecongurationdoesnotmatchtheoptionsavailableonthecontroller(e.g.IP
congurationonacontrollerwithoutIP),thecontrollerwillswitchto"Halt"stateand
an entry will be written to history.
Loadingtheuserprogramfromtheashcardwilloverwritetheuserprogrambackup
ontheonboardash,providedthereissufcientspacefortheprogramonthebackup
ash.
