5.1. CAN connection
5.1.1. Cable and line length
The maximum length of the CAN line of the monitoring systems is 305 m.
It is recommended to use two or three pairs of UTP Cat3.5.6 cables with 24AWG copper wire.
It is also possible to use 4- or 6-wire TRONIC or UTP-CCA cables, however the maximum length of the
CAN line is reduced.
