5 Program Operation

5.1 Acquisition

Select menu Acquisition->Start or click Acquire button or Press Ctrl A to start

acquisition.

Text at the bottom of the screen will display the status of the acquisition, next to the Rx

and Tx lights.

• Waiting- will be displayed when acquisition is started, but waiting for trigger.

• Acquired N sec- will be displayed after trigger has occurred and program started

receiving data.

• Processing – will be displayed at the end of acquisition.

• Also the Status Tab at the bottom of the display can be used to monitor status of the

DAQlink III units.

To stop acquisition in progress select menu Acquisition->Stop or click Stop button

or Press Ctrl T.
